Senator Mensch poses for a picture with Richard Beardsley, Susan Tachau (Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation) and Gail Hoffmann (Executive Director of the Self Determination Housing Project of Pennsylvania).  Richard was a recent recipient of the PATF's low-interest loan program that helps people with disabilities and older adults, so that they can buy the assistive technology devices and services they need.
