Photo Gallery Senator Mensch welcomes members to the first meeting of the Economy Business and Jobs Caucus. The meeting was hosted by the Pennsylvania Business Council. Dave Patti, the President of the PA Business Council, presented "A Scorecard of Pennsylvania's Competitiveness." The Scorecard objectively assess Pennsylvania's competitive position relative to the other 49 states and charts a course for job creation and economic prosperity.
