Senator Mensch offers remarks to private school students, who will receive a total of $35,000 in scholarships for the 2011-2012 school year. This year's recipients include Saint Thomas More School and the Swain School, both located in the 24th Senate District. The Bridge Educational Foundation, through the support of CSX Transportation and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, is donating the money for educational opportunities through Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. |
