Website Offers Resources to Choose a College or University, Identify Financial Aid

EducationPlanner.org provides College Planning Tools

A website organized by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is designed to help students select schools and find potential sources for financial aid, according to State Senator Bob Mensch (R-24).

EducationPlanner.org offers information on choosing a major, selecting a school, applying for admission, and finding ways to pay for it. The site includes tools to compare schools and their financial aid packages. It also offers information and links to more than 4,000 postsecondary schools.

"This website is designed to help students match their interests and goals with the appropriate courses of study and the colleges that offer them," Senator Mensch said. "It is also an excellent resource for identifying and comparing financial aid packages and for finding out about scholarships as well."

EducationPlanner.org also includes:
