Senator Mensch Offers Internship Program

Opportunity for students interested in government

Senator Bob Mensch (R-Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery & Northampton) is now accepting applications from college students interested in serving an internship in any of his offices.

Senator Mensch's internship program is designed to give students an opportunity to actively work in a legislative office and learn about how the state legislature operates. This program is designed for students to learn and understand the function of various state agencies, and develop a better understanding of the legislative process.

The application and more information is available at Senator Mensch's website: www.senatormensch.com.

"While my internship program is an excellent opportunity for any aspiring academic or public servant, I encourage college students from all backgrounds and areas of study to apply," Senator Mensch said. "This is a great opportunity to get real hands-on experience and receive a behind the scenes look at constituent services and how state government operates."

Internship programs are available in Senator Mensch's Harrisburg office, as well as his district offices in Bucks County (Quakertown), Lehigh County (Emmaus), Montgomery County (Lansdale), and Northampton County (Easton).

In return for service, Senator Mensch's office provides:

  • An ongoing letter of recommendation.
  • Possible College/University credit.
  • Networking opportunities.
