For Immediate Release Senator Mensch Opens Pennsburg District OfficeCentralized location saves money, provides state services, forms Senator Bob Mensch's new District Office in Pennsburg will save taxpayer money while providing him with a base in the heart of the 24th Senatorial District. As part of an on-going reorganization, Senator Mensch closed offices in Lansdale and Quakertown and consolidated operations and staff into the new centralized location at 404 Main Street, Pennsburg, PA, 18073. "With Pennsylvania facing a massive budget shortfall, it is essential that we take steps to reduce costs and prioritize spending. By consolidating two offices in one centralized main location, we will ensure that constituent services are not dramatically impacted," Senator Mensch said. "We are maintaining the part-time Lehigh and Northampton district offices and stepping up our outreach efforts to provide the best services possible." In addition to his full-time Pennsburg Office, Senator Mensch operates two part-time district offices:
Constituents can receive state forms for PACE and the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program; state transportation and fishing maps; and, assistance with PENNDOT, welfare and other state-related matters by contacting any of Senator Mensch's District Offices. As part of his commitment to make state services readily accessible to his constituents, Senator Mensch's extensive outreach program involves regularly scheduled visits by staff members to assist constituents in their hometowns throughout the 24th Senatorial District. "I set up this outreach program for one purpose – to help people receive the state services they deserve," Senator Mensch said. "That means helping people on a case-by-case basis. These satellite offices provide local residents with easy access to state services and a way to cut through bureaucracy and red tape."
