Below are some important Harrisburg updates that may be helpful to you.
By now, we’re probably all exhausted with the winding down from Election Day, or Election Week, as it has now become. The buildup has been there for months, and on Tuesday we finally got to cast our votes for the candidates that we choose to represent us. It’s been a long process, and not enough can be said about the poll workers and the county election officials across the Commonwealth who have put so much of their time and effort into ensuring that we have a safe and secure election.
While that has been achievable by and large, there is more and more evidence of the Secretary of State adding to the confusion up to, and including on, Election Day by issuing conflicting guidance in direct violation of State Law. Our county officials have been preparing for months for this election, and to have one official pull the rug out from under them at the last minute represents an error in judgement, at best, and a coy attempt to influence the election, at worst. Senate Leadership has called for her resignation and are hopeful of keeping faith in future elections with a change in leadership.
