HARRISBURG – This week, Senator Bob Mensch (R-24) hosted a First Responders Funding Workshop with first responders from across the 24th Senate District.
Various topics were discussed during the workshop, including grant and funding opportunities and legislative accomplishments for Fire and EMS Services. Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner Bruce Trego also joined the workshop to offer remarks and answer questions from first responders.
“I was honored to be joined by our local first responders during my workshop and was happy to share information that I knew would be helpful to them now more than ever” Mensch said. “Our first responders risk their lives daily to make sure that our communities remain safe, and I can’t thank them enough for what they do.”
Any first responders located in the 24th Senate District can reach out to Senator Mensch’s office for information or assistance on any state-related matters or assistance with information on funding and resources.
